On a beautiful day about a year ago, I had the brilliant idea of making homemade alfajor. At the time, I had recently cooked condensed milk in the pressure pan to make milk jam, and from there came this idea.
The production lot was affectionately distributed to my work colleagues.

I prepared a buttered cookie dough and used a cup to shape it:

For the filling, the milk jam cooked at home:
